Mothers give birth on their travels to Calais. They give birth in Calais and are faced with living in a tent. The Refugee Women’s Centre provides displaced women, children and families with basic services and material support. This includes individualised distributions (of clothing, hygiene products, shoes, tents, etc.) and providing access to medical support, to information and to emergency accommodation to find them a warm safe place to sleep and shower.
